Scheduled exports
Exports list
- Export name: Name defined when the export is created
- Export type: Type of export (Dashboard, Data Query, ...)
- Send mode: Sending mode chosen at export creation time (E-mail, FTP, ...)
- Frequency: Defined frequency (Daily, Weekly, ...)
- Period: Export period (Month, Day, ...)
- Scheduled export end date: Date on which the export will expire (12 months after creation)
- Site: Identifier of the site concerned (if several sites are concerned, the identifiers will appear when hovering over the cell, which will indicate "Several sites")
- Options : Allows you to edit export parameters, delete the export or renew it for 12 months (available 1 month before expiration)

List of sending configurations
List of sending configurations
Here you'll find all the FTP/SFTP or Amazon S3 export configurations you've created, and it looks like this:
- FTP configuration name: Name defined when the configuration was created
- Server IP/Name: IP address or name of export server
- Port: Port of the chosen server
- Identifier: Identifier used to connect to the server
- Drop folder: Server folder where files will be dropped
- Options : Allows configuration parameters to be edited or deleted
Add
The "Add" button lets you add new export configurations. The interface looks like this for an FTP/SFTP server:

The different fields correspond to those described above.
Generated exports
This menu allows you to view the PDF scheduled exports of your dashboards, generated over the last 30 days. It summarizes the global export configuration for each export generated.
