If you pay for content and need to directly contact the publisher, please log on to your Tinypass dashboard at https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login.
There you will see a library of content you've bought. Simply click on the logo of your purchased content. Then, click "Help!" at the top of the screen, and "New Inquiry," which will enable you to message the publisher directly.
Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for the publisher to respond to an inquiry. If they do not reply promptly, Tinypass may resolve your issue for them.
