Since the beginning of February 2024, our product teams have decided to change the way array properties are displayed on interfaces, from a concatenated format to an exploded format. This change enables clearer, more readable data to be displayed, should you often use the same values, but in different forms.
As a reminder, this enhancement only affects the way data is displayed in the interface, and has no impact on background data processing. As a result, you'll be able to view collected data retroactively without any problems.
Use case
For example, if you use this type of property to display the languages used by a user, this data would be displayed as follows :
Languages | Users |
en, fr, de | 1 |
de, fr | 1 |
TOTAL | 2 |
⠀
However, since the display change, the data is displayed as follows :
Languages | Users |
en | 1 |
fr | 2 |
de | 2 |
TOTAL | 2 |
⠀
This allows clearer visualization of data in unique and precise ways.
Back to the old display
This update has been made following an increase in demand for this type of display, but if you don't wish to benefit from this evolution, you can request support to revert to the concatenated version.
To do this, the request must be made by one of the organization's administrators, specifying the scope of operation (the organization(s) concerned by the request).
In terms of lead times, once your request has been received, the update is generally carried out within a few days by our technical teams.
