Multi Conversion support is here!
Today we mark a huge leap in capability for the CCE Platform, with the release of Multi Conversion support.
After exhaustive testing and tuning, with this deployment we move from the closed 'Multi Product' beta to general availability!
What has changed ?
Prior to this release, the CCE platform would aggregate all tracked Conversions or end goals as a single 'conversion type'.
This was fine for those tracking conversions for a single product, though it became confusing when trying to identify conversions to Newsletters, registrations for an unpaid membership, or multiple product types.
Multi Conversion types
You can now track conversions against many products created in the Cxense Conversion Engine to replicate your full Business Product offering in three easy steps:
1) Define a Product
Select the Product tab within the main navigation at top of the application, then select 'Create':
Define a Subscription, Registration or Newsletter Product to track conversion performance.
2) Tag the End Goal
Click the settings cog on your new product (from the right hand side of the product list), then choose "Code snippet" to view the Conversion Event tag:
Add your Conversion Event script to the end goal completion step (usually the 'success' step of a purchase/subscribe process).
2) Affiliate your campaign
When promoting your product with a new (or existing) campaign, simply affiliate the the Creative experience with the specific product it promotes.
This step links your campaign (or more specifically, the creative) to the Product and allows the conversion event 'look back' to occur.
Product Performance
Having actioned these simple steps, you can now track performance of all Products - independently! Navigate to the product report (Reports >> Product Performance) to display a filterable trend chart and aggregates display.

This release also includes a litany of tweaks, optimizations and bug fixes that had been accumulating whilst we finalized the Multi Conversion release. The benefits of this are wide ranging though expect faster responses for basically all aspect of the platform including reporting metrics load times, and daily management of all module types.
