Description
In this section you can find all sites you have access to and that are currently open or closed but not deleted.
This interface will give you all the main technical information about the listed sites.
Available information
From the site table, you will find the following information:
- Site Label
- Site ID
- Opening date
Note
If the site listed is crossed, it means it is closed, so it can no longer process data but historical data is available.
Site addition
If you are an administrator on your current organisation you can see the Add a site button on top of the site table.
Once you click on it you will be asked to fill your request with several information:
- Contract
An organisation can gather several contracts but a contract can only be listed in one organisation. - Domain
Old contracts may have domains listing sites in former interfaces. - Site label
ex: My Site - Default URL of the site
ex: https://www.mysite.com - Country
ex: France - Strict domain
Defines traffic from subdomains as referrer site source or not. - Duration of inactivity
Defines when the visit is stopped, to create a new visit for new events.
Note
Once you submitted your request, please wait for our teams to validate the site addition. They will notify you once the site is ready, then you may tag your site with the dedicated properties, and potentially add it to a delegation.
Site edition
Once your site has been properly added, you may edit some of its configuration by clicking on the pencil icon on the site table.
You will then be able to edit the following:
- Site label
- Default URL of the site
- Strict domain
- Complementary URLs
Add them to consider them as direct traffic instead of referrer sites in your sources analysis.
Site closure/deletion
You may want to clean your site listing from a formerly used site.
There are two options:
- Closing the site: historical data is kept, but new hits will no longer be processed
- Deleting the site: historical data is deleted and new hits are no longer processed
To achieve one of these, please ask your administrator to reach out to our support teams asking them to edit the concerned site accordingly.
Site list export
You may export your list of sites by clicking on the Download button above the site table.
You will get a CSV file for all sites you can access with the information held in the table:
- Label
- Site number
- Main URL
- Creation date
- Closing date
- Type of site (web/app)
- Status (active/closed)
