Definition
The Data Model is the structure of your data storing.
This structure is shared between all your sites and apps listed within your organization to ease the management and use of your data.
Access Rights
Administrator
As an Administrator, you have full access to all features available within Data Management, including the edition of the Data Model.
Data Supervisor
As a Data Supervisor, you have full access to all features available within Data Management, including the edition of the Data Model.
Delegate
As a Delegate, you can read the Data Model, but you cannot edit it.
Analyst
As an Analyst, you can read the Data Model, but you cannot edit it.
Properties
Management
You can create and edit your properties to make them suit your organization's needs.

Filters
You can apply a filter to your property table based on several criteria:
Status
- Validated
- Deactivated
Types
- String
- Integer
- Date
- Boolean
- Decimal
- Array String
Visibility
- Hidden
- Visible
Used in an import
You may as well apply a filter to your table to isolate your properties based on their origin by clicking on the box counting standard and custom properties.
Actions
You can rely on several features to interact with the Data Model:
Edit visibility
Tick several properties to set them as hidden and let them be seen only in the Data Model.
Extract the Data Model
Generate a CSV file listing the properties saved in your Data Model.
Extract custom variables
Generate a CSV file with the matching between your custom items and their property to any site listed within your organization.
Search
You can search for any property within the table using the search bar located in its top right corner.
Be careful, this search is also relying on the filters you set.
You may as well isolate properties by filtering them based on the #tag clicking on a #tag listed within the table.
Events
Management
You can create and edit your events to make them suit your organization's needs.

Filters
You can filter the events table based on various criteria:
Scope
- On Site
- Off Site
Status
- Validated
- Waiting for approval
You can also apply a filter to your events table based on their origin using the boxes counting the number of standard and custom properties.
Actions
Extract events
You can generate a csv file listing all events ever listed in your Data Model.
Search
You can search for an event in the table thanks to the search bar located in its top right corner.
Be careful, this search bar also relies on filters you may have already set.
Associated properties
Soon you'll be able to see properties associated to an event from the events table.
