Piano Analytics is the latest version of our Analytics Suite, bringing additional flexibility and computing power designed to improve how you access and apply analytics within your business.

Whether it’s measuring audio/visual insights, forecasting sales and conversions, or tracking attribution across the customer journey, Piano Analytics helps you uncover insights that help you understand your customer and how they interact with your business so you can drive growth.
- Accessible and easy to use across teams:
With four reporting interfaces designed to serve the needs of both data experts and novices, Piano Analytics provides an accessible solution so all teams can leverage data analytics in their day-to-day work.
To help teams move onto the new platform, we’ve ensured all data is automatically processed and converted from Analytics Suite to Piano Analytics.
However, please be mindful that there are still a number of actions you need to take before the scheduled end of the Analytics Suite service.

From March 2022, Piano Analytics will be the flagship version of our solution. All previous versions (Analytics Suite and Analyzer NX) will be deprecated gradually before being shut down completely on December 31, 2022. You can find the milestones below.
January 1, 2022: New data will no longer be added to Data Query 3, Navigation, User Insights, AV Insights, Sales Insights in Analytics Suite. More information in this article.
March 23, 2022: When logging into the interfaces, you will be by default in Piano Analytics.
April 1, 2022: API v2 (https://apirest.atinternet-solutions.com/data/v2/json/getData) will no longer changed or evolve. It will be maintained only for major problems.
August 2022: Data Query 3 in Analytics Suite and API v3 beta (https://api.atinternet.io/v3/beta/cdf/data/getData) will be discontinued.
Note: As per your contract, data purging will be effective according to the specified retention period
September 2022: No more new data will be integrated into Analytics Suite (API V2) and Analyzer NX.
December 31, 2022: End of Analytics Suite and API v2 and Analyzer NX
