Why did AT Internet build a new platform?
Piano Analytics is the ultimate response to the demands of Digital Analytics in the 2020’s and beyond. With the ever-expanding number of Internet users who combine an increasing array of devices (smartphones, connected watches, voice assistants etc.) to access the wide range of platforms offered by each brand (website, mobile site, iOS application, Android application, etc.), Digital Analytics solutions now need to measure complex user journeys in their entirety and as exhaustively as possible. In addition, the extremely wide and strategic scope for the use of user data means that it also has to be of the highest quality and extremely reliable.
What improvements have been made from Analytics Suite to Piano Analytics?
In the complete overhaul of Analytics Suite solution to Piano Analytics, we have upgraded our entire infrastructure, from data collection to visualisation. This includes an event data model that gives you flexibility with an unlimited number of events that you can define based on your requirements. All the properties in your template can now be used on events, providing full coverage and easy tracking of your content (e.g. tracking a product on pages, via cart additions, sharing etc.).
We have also used this upgrade to improve the event processing by offering updated source detection, improved media detection, simplified tagging with qualification and storage of all the events we receive, and a wide range of other improvements!
