In Analytics Suite 2, the "Load" metric represents the number of times the page (or all pages in the chapter) has been loaded. The number of loads should not be confused with the number of page views. Indeed, the number of page views is always associated with a visit: it is a sum of page loads during a visit. For example, a page A may be loaded 3 times during a visit containing 20 pages. The number of page views is therefore 20 and the number of page loads is 3.
The "page views" metric corresponds to the number of times all the web type markers were loaded on the user's computer during a visit. This is an overall volume, as opposed to the number of loads, which counts the number of times a specific page was viewed.
In the Piano Analytics, the "Page Views" metric no longer exists and has been replaced by the "Loads" metric.
